Marina di Camerota is a famous seaside resort, southern Cilento, near Palinuro, known as Perla del Cilento. Marina di Camerota’s coast is mostly jagged, alternating caves and cliffs. It’s a charming museum, where thanks to modern technologies, it’s possible to live naturalistic, historical and archeological routes. The Ecomuseo Virtuale Paleolitico allows to do virtual routes into the Coast’s caves, exploring hidden places. A wonderful experience is the Lamparata, an emotional fishing durin the night, with the fishermen. There’s also the opportunity to hiking in Camerota.
